CAMPAIGN LEGACY UPDATE 24th August 2012

Dear Lords and Ladies of Lansdale:

Felicitations my players for reaching level 3. I know the first adventure was a test of our stamina and endurance as a party, and your experience was well earned. Now that we've reached 3rd level, I'm locking all PC information, so make any last minute changes before you level up or forever hold your pencil.

NEW BLOG:

I invite you all to become familiar with our new campaign blog, which I have designed to serve as both a record of our campaign and a source for anyone who wishes to know more about our storyline. Overtime, the pages will be updated and expanded on, and we will be keeping a day by day log here of our adventures in game time, hopefully written the week after each session. Items will be posted here on the home page--new log entries, information, updates, nuances and quirky details--and then after each week the update entry will be filed into the corresponding page.

Anything you wish to contribute here--PC information, game development, new stories, letters, artwork--will earn you bonuses in XP. There will also be a page of helpful links. I know we're all busy, but once in awhile it would be cool to see a contribution to the blog. And please check it regularly after each game as there will be valuable information posted here relevant to our campaign. Oh. And some cool narrative scenes describing events not from our viewpoint.

A Blog will serve as a cohesive force for our role-playing group and generate a deeper connection to the story vision. That's what my games are all about. I'm immersing you into the depths of a storyline that will feel like an alternate lifetime.

I encourage you to create your own blog, using either blogger.com or wordpress, featuring your character in depth. I'll link it to this log.

CHARACTER ICONIC ITEMS:

I wanted to remind those of you who have not yet found a physical icon item to keep looking. Therella (Heather) has been displaying red cord wrapped on her hands at games, being the holy symbol of Ilmater. I have a butterfly necklace for Tyrith. Jason has an awesome beer stein for his dwarf. Each session you bring this item will earn you xp bonuses. It provides a concrete detail that's tactile for you that will enhance your vision of the role-played narrative.

THANX

So please enjoy the site, and I look forward to seeing you all next Sunday. I am busy finalizing the details of this chapter of our adventure, and more of the plot will be revealed.
